Products
What products do you supply?
Four strawberry formats, all from our own farms: fresh strawberry fruit, frozen strawberry fruit, frozen strawberry pulp, and frozen strawberry pulp concentrate.
What pack sizes are available?
Fresh fruit comes in 2 kg trays and 1.9 kg single-layer trays. Frozen fruit comes in 1 kg, 10 kg, and 20 kg HDPE bags. Frozen pulp comes in 1 kg HDPE bags and 25 kg bulk buckets. Pulp concentrate is supplied in industrial bulk, on enquiry.
What is the specification of your frozen pulp?
Minimum 8.0 Brix, maximum 1.1 acidity, and a pH of no more than 4.0. It is stored and shipped at −18°C or below.
Are your strawberries available year-round?
Fresh strawberries are supplied in season, directly from our farms. Frozen strawberry fruit is available year-round.
Choosing a format
Should I buy fresh or frozen?
If your customer sees whole berries, choose fresh trays. If you want visible fruit pieces year-round, choose frozen whole fruit. If the fruit gets blended and you want a clean fruit character, choose frozen pulp. If it gets blended at scale and freight or water balance is a constraint, choose concentrate.
When does pulp concentrate make sense?
At scale, where freight and frozen storage per unit of fruit solids start to dominate your costs — you are shipping less water. It is also the right choice when you need a flavour intensity that whole pulp cannot reach without throwing off your recipe's water balance.
I'm not sure which format fits my product. What should I do?
Request samples of two adjacent formats and run both through your actual process. Specifications on paper rarely settle it; a trial batch usually does.
Quality & sourcing
Where is your fruit grown?
On our own farms. True Berry is a vertically integrated strawberry company: cultivation, processing, and packaging are all managed in-house, so every batch is traceable.
Is your facility certified?
Yes. Our facility is FSSAI-licensed, in full compliance with Indian food safety standards, and our team goes through regular training.
How do you keep the fruit fresh?
Fruit moves into cold chain the same day it is picked and stays there through grading, packing, and dispatch. Fruit destined for freezing goes down to −18°C and below within hours.

How do I place an order?
Our Strawberry Fruit Spread can be ordered online: choose a pack size, add it to your cart, and check out. Fresh fruit, frozen fruit, pulp, and concentrate are supplied in bulk — send an enquiry through the contact page or the Enquire button on the product, and our team will come back with specifications, samples, and pricing.
Can I buy the bulk formats online?
No. Fresh fruit, frozen fruit, pulp, and concentrate are supplied to businesses in bulk, so pricing depends on volume, pack size, and delivery location. Send us an enquiry and we will quote.
